The face behind MoveCoreX

As the founder of MoveCoreX, I have a clear goal: to make an impact that is truly practical. The name stands for more than just Move, Core, and fleX; the M & C refer to my first and last name, and the X symbolizes my personality, my fleXibility, and the eXperience I bring. I am a true ‘doer’ and genuinely happy when I can make a difference for others.

Thanks to my broad eXpertise, I notice connections that others often miss — for me, everything is interconnected. I apply this 360° perspective daily to streamline processes, whether it involves software, policies, implementations, migrations, or complex administration. Results and deadlines drive me, because standing still means falling behind… unless you pause briefly to reflect.

Fortunately, I also have a strong sounding board within the company. My husband, as a director and co-founder, is closely involved in MoveCoreX’s vision. Although he is not directly active in day-to-day operations, he is my ideal sparring partner when it comes to complex workflows and processes. We keep each other sharp. But, I’d like to let him speak briefly for himself below

My 'why'

My most important foundation, however, is at home. I am the proud mom of three unique personalities: Jil (‘De Jos’), Ode (our ‘Odette’), and our newest addition Nel (‘Baby Princess Nel’). They are my daily reminder of why I do what I do and give me the energy to bring my best, with passion and care, to my clients.
